The service department (Karim Service Advisor) was truly excellent! I have been an owner of luxury vehicle and have experienced excellence in service with the added touch that comes with a luxury vehicle ownership. My experience at Nalley Honda service department since owning a Honda again since 2018 had not left me wanting. The professionalism is consistently excellent. The technology communication via text to keep you updated on the progress and automation service recommended after the free multipoint inspection has no rival. If you after into the luxury attention, you won't miss it here without the luxury service price tag. The detailed report that comes with the additional service recommendation provides a level of explanation that removes the stigma of "Are they trying to get me?". I am comfortable when my wife had to go without me that she had fill understanding and will share the report via email for discussion of how we will proceed. I have bought and owned five Hondas from Nalley since 1989 and the service department has moved into the new age of technology with the vehicles. More importantly, the service team has continued to grow professionally with the growth of technology. Lastly, social distancing is practiced unobtrusively. I appreciated the psychological impact the environment of the waiting room (where I got work done) had upon me with chairs taped off and other customers wearing masks.
