The wait was kind of long but still, Excellent service.

Dropped off my car for a routine oil change at 1:00 p.m. Was told that it would take a couple of hours and they would call. Called back at 4:15 to check since I hadn't heard from them. Marty checked and told me to pick up the car at 5:00, it would be ready then. When I arrived he handed me my key and paperwork and said, "It's on the house"! He apologized for the lengthy time it took and said just remember us when you need automotive work again. Thanks Marty!!!

I came in at 7am without an appointment and was hoping to be out of the shop by 10 am . Servicing was accomplished and I was on my way by 9 am !!!!!! That is awesome and I credit Marty Ellard my service advisor . He's the best and really appreciate his input .

Nalley Honda in Union City is the only place I trust to get my car serviced! I usually see Skylar; he is actually the reason I bought my car at Nalley in Union City, but he is currently furloughed so he gave me recomendations of who else I shoud get an appointment with there. This past week I worked with both Marty and Mo and both were wonderful! Plus, they were finished in half of the estimate time!
