I had been back and forth for years over the amount of oil my accord was consuming and got the run around from several different associates before bringing it in to see Tutt at Nalley. From the beginning of the process to the very end, he remained honest and up front with me. He kept me updated on the very complicated and lengthy steps we had to take in order to fix my vehicle, and truly went above and beyond for me. For the first time in years, I truly felt like I was getting an honest answer from Honda again. I would GLADLY take my car back to see him at Nalley! Thank you again Tutt!!
