I was welcomed with open arms... I never got my second key from the dealer and they took care of that while they changed my oil and inspected my car. Didn’t mind answering my questions and really it wasn’t that long at all.. Love my Accord, and love this location.. I would like it if you guys washed the cars better.. that’s the only thing that sucks, is the cars still have dirt on them but overall I don’t mind coming in for my maintenance. My experience was good, the only issue I had was the wait time but because f the work that was needed I understood it would take as long as it did.
