I had a good experience overall. I had previously brought the car in at 7500 miles and was told Honda would not cover the servicing without the warning light on. Brought it back when the 15% light/warning came on (8800mi). Was told it also needed rear diff oil change and that it was not covered by Honda. The service staff were understanding, asked about driving habits and agreed to simply reset the indicator without servicing the rear diff. Will service the diff at 12,500 miles.
