Karim is extremely helpful. He is thorough and let's me know what I need immediately versus what I can wait on. Car maintenance can be very frustrating. He helps to ease those frustrations and provides stellar customer service.

Very happy with the service department and the coaching received. Very disappointed to learn that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced after only 41,000 miles and the warranty running out at 36,009 miles. There was never any communication when I bought the car, on a maintenance check engine light or otherwise communicated that I needed to have a carbon cleaning every 15k miles or I would end up having to pay the expense for new injectors. Very unhappy about that!

This is my third Honda I have bought from and had serviced at Nalley. I have always found your service advisors to be very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. They take time to explain what needs to be serviced on my car. I also appreciate that you will provide a rental car for me if the service will take a long period of time. I find no reason why I would change having my car serviced at Nalley.
