I had a great experience while waiting for my car to serviced. My service technician was great as well, which is why I always come back to Nalley Honda for all my car needs

Ellis was great. He was in the middle of another sale but managed to juggle both parties simultaneously. Originally I was waiting at the used car sales area and no one was over there (later we found out it's closed) but Ellis was running by and found out what I wanted and quickly jumped in to be of service. Everyone was friendly and got us out of there in record time. Very pleased!

I sent my husband, it was faster than he thought it would be and it was the first time either one of us left without a report for over $1000 for repairs. I think that some of the salesman try to take advantage of women with those repair reports which is exactly the reason why I sent my husband.

As always, a rewarding experience of excellent customer service. The service advisor was right on top of my problem and got my honda repaired in a reasonable time. I've been visiting this dealership since 2006 when I bought the car. Excellent relationship with the service team.
