Excellent customer service. I was immediately waited on when I pulled into the service area, my car's onfo recorded, and I was directed to my service rep. I receiced text and email status updates and costs on my repair for approval. The staff was professional and courteous. Best experience I have had with a Honda dealership in a very long time. I will be back.

Everything was great

I’ve been getting my car serviced by Nalley Honda since I purchased my vehicle in 2014. The staff always goes above and beyond and are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. People always ask why I take my car to the dealership for service and it’s because I know I’ll be taken care of.

Adetayo was the most courteous and patient representative of a company I've dealt with in a long time. He wasnt pushy or overbearing. He was timely with all callbacks. The whole experience was superior!
