Very good service from my technician today. However it is really weird to be hounded about the survey afterwards. Also weird is having people from the used car department to email and call saying that the manager had made some notes about my car and they really, really need to speak with me about it. Only to find that they want me to trade my car in?! Getting multiple calls and emails like that is very annoying, when all I wanted was an oil change.

I made appointment online when I arrived my car was immediately worked. The guy I think last name was Tutt he was awesome. Went over all the recommendations for my car. Gave me alot of insight.
