The recall service I had two weeks ago was good until I had to bring it back today because someone didn’t rebook a wire up so my door would sometimes unlock and sometimes not. The guy got me fixed up today. Thanks to the gentlemen that came to get me two weeks ago when I was locked out because the lock didn’t work after I had just picked it up. He knew a trick to get me into the car, it was thru the back door and crawling to the front door but he got me in and home in the rain. It seems to work fine today after the work done today. I wish when you make an appointment you could speak to a service writer and them he able to give you a ball park time of how long it MIGHT BE. Thanks for the shuttle service who took me back home this AM so I didn’t have to wait 4 hours. That was a nice service. So far my experience today was good.
