Nalley worked with my husband in the purchase of my new vehicle. I was out of town visiting family and they streamlined the process of his shopping so that when I arrived back home it could not have been quicker or easier to complete the transaction. From their General Manager Mr. Chris Wilkins, who is an exceptional, pleasant, friendly, approachable, and accessible executive and leader at the Union City Location and who I got to know very well in my new Honda car purchase last year which started in January 2019 which led to my purchase on Friday May 31, 2019, to my Service Advisor Mr. Marty Ellard, who is one of the longest tenured Senior Service Advisors at Union City and is one of their most professional, knowledgeable, personable, and friendly Service Advisors, to their Shop Foreman Mr. Dwight "DJ" Killeen, who's Honda car knowledge, skills, intelligence, technical abilities, know-how, and expertise is so at a superior and exceptional very high level, was promoted from his previous position as Assistant Shop Foreman to Shop Foreman, and who provides regular maintenance, service, and repairs on my Honda vehicles, and to their very pleasant, friendly, and personable greeter at the dealership's welcome desk, Ms. Gwen Pilot, who welcomes everyone who comes through their doors with a welcome and a smile, one can see why I have been with Nalley Honda for approximately 20 years and is one of their most longstanding valued, and one of their most loyal customers and strongly feel that all at the Nalley Honda- Union City will give you the same exceptional customer service experience in your new Honda car purchase with them as well as using their superior, exceptional, and excellent Honda Service Center for the maintenance, repairs, and servicing of your Honda vehicle.
