Mr Robert Tutt,Is very knowledgeable on the Honda Vehicles. He took the time to explain the service on my vehicle and why it was important to keep the maintenance on the parts.

Overall good except for pricing. Would’ve appreciated more of a discount being a longtime customer and for having to wait several months for a part on back order.

Had a warning light illuminated and brought in for diagnostic. Tutt was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. Car was repaired and as of today's date is running well.

Tutt was the best. His customer service is top notch. He took the time to thoroughly explain every service that was needed and how often it was needed. I don’t think I’ve had a service tech do that and it made me trust him and his service suggestions for my vehicle. Will definitely request him as my service tech for future visits!

I walked into Nalley Honda after visiting several other dealerships in the area and receiving a lukewarm reception. David Price was the first person to approach me with a warm smile and greeting. I explained my situation to him and told him what I was looking for including my budget. He provided excellent customer service. David made sure I felt comfortable and that I clearly understood all of the wonderful advantages Honda offered in its CR-V model. He allowed me to take a test drive and calmly explained all of the features of the EX-L model. He did not pressure me into making a purchase that day and he did not pester me with unwanted calls after I left the dealership. I truly appreciated having a moment to think given the large purchase I was about to make.
