Service was great. It was timely as well!

Yesterday was my third Honda dealership in several months. Chris Thomas made my decision easy and less stressful. I have not bought a car in 20 years! I appreciate Chris Thomas knowledge of the SUV & patients in all the tech features. Well done Chris

Went to Nalley for a routine oil change and tire rotation but was informed I also needed a transmission flush. I knew it wasn't an upsell due to the mileage. The team at Nalley did an excellent job as usual. Always have a good experience, I don't trust anyone else with my car or my wife's car.

Good as always. Fixing a part they broke fir free is excellent and honest customer service

I've been a Nalley Honda customer since 2012 and I'm still, somewhere in the middle of my maintenance visits for my 2012 Crosstour, it was sort of "Bumpy"@ times, But two Managers who's no longer there always saw the problems & smooth issues out, sometimes I was'nt happy with the turnoutbut realizing the manager was just Fair & I accepted & we moved on & yet I still bring the car there! I haven't had any problems, I'm satisfied about the Outstanding job that the Technicians & The Service Writers are doing!! Mr. Kareem was my Service Advisor this time and this man is very Professional & Prompt, I was very Pleased with the service that I received on 12/18/2019, Great Job!!

Try not to send text at 2 am please. SERVICE ADVISOR WAS AMAZING
