Nice service for this service advisor. However it has become normal for the receptionist sitting in the express area to act as if they don't see people it's like you have to make eye contact for them to look up it tom many people sitting around holding heads down maybe if they have other things to do they shouldn't be in that area if they are "to busy" to help . I have seen this on several occasion. This service advisor was one of the few that paid attention to people coming in
