service writer G. Lee was very helpful, and seemed more honest than some i've encountered. my only complaint about this oil change was that the mechanic (iassume) left a greasy shop rag on top of medical papers i'd just got at the dr's office that i'd left on the passenger seat, leaving some big greasy marks on them. the papers were also turned face up, and i'd left them face down. i tossed the rag out on the pavement toward the shop door. there was also grease on the floormat. in times past, mechanics have put down a paper mat to prevent this.

Service. Representative very polite and courteous. Oil change was done within time specified and recommendations were made.
