Errick was about to go to lunch when I pulled into the garage. He stayed until I was checked in and also took another customer and stayed until my car was being pulled back out the shop 1 1/2 later. Thank you so very much for your service and Errick

Troy made everything about this experience worth 5 stars, but I can’t give the establishment five stars because only Troy put it in the work. He had great communication. He greets all customers with a smile. He keeps customers updated on the status of their cars. He has a great sense of humor and he goes over and beyond by offering professional advice. His counterparts… not so much. They don’t seem enthusiastic to be there. They don’t work together as a team since I am assuming their customer check ins have something to do with commission. If it their name isn’t on it, it’s as if you don’t exist.
