I got waited on in a timely manner. I like the email communication to let me know of recommended services. But there was a disconnect between me and my service provider, who I did not talk to until checkout. I had to inquire twice after waiting so long about my car being ready. There was transmission service identified as “urgent “ that had already been done, but remained on my check out ticket. The car wash was broken and that’s a service I wanted that day. Overall, the service was good, but I didn’t like the long wait time.

My repair was did in a timely manner and Mr. Lee was very nice and professional.
