Great customer service

Scheduled an oil change at the last minute. Got my same day appointment, came in got it done, they did safety check and discovered a couple of air filters were clogged up, asked me if I wanted them, gave my permission, and within an hour and 20 minutes I was on my way in a freshly wahed car!

Very good service and friendly atmosphere as always when I bring my car in for service at Nalley Honda. The service technician G. Lee seems to be always on point in having a great attitude and always let me know how long the wait or if there are any issues that I need to know before they do any additional repairs on my Honda Civic. Everything was great. I went in for my scheduled B service. My service advisor Robert Tutt explained to me what that intelled as well as the recommendations that were needed due to the miles on my vehicle. He also let me know about any specials or discounts that Nalley was running to help with the cost of the needed recommendations. He also went over and explained everything that was done at the end.
