Great experience from the initial call I made about my car which Norman was very helpful down to my extended warranty. My Service Advisor Sariah Johnson was also awesome from the first call she made to me about the issue with my car up until I picked it up. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Sariah was excellent—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very courteous throughout the entire process. Her professionalism made a big difference, and I appreciated how clear and helpful she was. She was definitely 5 star.The wait time however was too much, even with an appointment it took over 3 hours, I hope the dealership can work on improving this aspect, as it would make the customer experience much smoother. Anyway, my car feels great!

Brought my car in at scheduled service time and service was completed on time.

The whole experience went smoothly. The sales staff were informative and friendly. I really enjoyed the coffee freely available during the car buying process. The car was fairly prized and had many of the features and add ons that other dealerships use to price the car much higher. Overall my purchase value was good. The price on my vehicle was lower than comparable cars at other dealerships in the gwinnett county area. It made the trip to union city worthwhile.

I didnt get the $10 off for booking online.

They found the reason for a grinding noise I have had for years! It has Been through 3 Honda dealerships and 2 private mechanics who could NOT find it ! But Nalley Honda finally did! Thank you!
