The service was good - I was disappointed when I was told that I needed to have my steering fixed and that it was going to cost me $2,200.00!!! That seemed very excessive to me as it is almost 10% of what i paid for the car. It really makes me, a very loyal customer for both Nally and Honda rethink what I will buy when I replace the CRV and the Acura MDX in the very near future.
