Karin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great personality and service.

Things were very nice. Came in got out early. I asked about how my car felt like it was sluggish getting not is 1st into second. I was told that a check engine light would come in if something wrong. Unfortunately at least once a day my car will be stuck in 1 at whole thing to merge and have to take my for off of gas completely before it will start to shift normally. Skylar did not listen to me during my request and now I have to decide whether to bring this back. O may consider going to a dealer that might "listen" to me while I am there. Otherwise the rest of maintenance went better than expected. Very fast.

Be more informative and elaborate a little more

While the designated Service Advisor was very busy, Christy at Service Department immediately jumped into and helped me to process the check in and check out paperwork, in order to minimize my wait time. I appreciate her very much.

Great service, fast turn around time and professional service techs.

Service man Trutt was extremely helpful pointed out all the necessary items that need attention I was very impressed and pleased since it was my first time there thanks for your help.
