We have used Karim many times over the years. He always does a great job. Karim is an asset to Nalley Honda. I appreciate the way he takes care of my daughters car’s. Karim is the reason we use Nalley service.

Great and efficient service!

I was warmly greeted byKarim A. Easley. He assessed why I was there. Advised me to relax in the waiting area, and that he would contact me when service was completed. Approximately 45 minutes later he came to inform me that my car was ready. He gave me an approximate date for my next visit, checked me out financially and I was on my way. The service was truly excellent.!!!

My wait time was less than one hour.

Geeat experience. Time it took was readonable and Skylar was great. He explained what they needed to do and approxiately how long it would take.

Service was performed on time and all work was excellent.

However, the rental car folks were a different story. Had to wait almost an hour for a car. They said it was due to having to clean the vehicle. It appeared they were not prepared for their customers. A number of us(customers) had to wait a very long time to get the car. It seemed they had no available cars shiv was disappointing.

It is always a pleasure getting my oddessy serviced at ballet in Union City.marty makes sure all of my service request are met,and gets my vehicle back asap!!

The service was excellent. I initially didn't receive any update on the progress of the service, but once asked it was followed up seriously.
