This past experience was probably one of my best experiences with the location in Union City. I credit my awesome experience to my Service Adviser Mr. Alonzo Goines. He was great and made sure I was taken care due to having to leave me vehicle at the location for a few days. Thank you Mr. Goines

Justin was very informative & kind. I came in for an oil change, but I needed additional services. As a young woman, I don’t know much about cars, so Justin thoroughly explained what else needed to be done without me feeling pressured. I ended up getting two services for a good price, in my opinion. I didn’t have an appointment, so the wait time was expected. I didn’t mind because I love the free cappuccinos 😊

Arrived prior to appt time and was greeted in an acceptable amount of time. Associate was friendly advised of services needed, cost, and approximate wait time. I was contacted during wait by text with service persons name and contact info and the work was completed within quoted timeline. Excellent customer service from technician.
