Only complaint I was there waaaaay longer than I expected.

Kenneth Woods the Service Manager provided me 6 star service out of 5 stars. Kenneth went above the call of duty to create an experience that has saved my faith in the GM/ Chevy brand. Kenneth assisted with my condenser when GM customer service line would not even listen to me or help. Kenneth put himself in my shoes as the customer. I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado and i had to replace the condenser in June 2016. I swallowed it the first time because I had 52k miles and my warranty expired. Not even 3 years later and 65k more miles the condenser goes out AGAIN in 94 degree days. Kenneth first tried to get GM to assist which was to no avail again. Not to mention I should not have had to replace it the first time let alone a second. GM this is a known issue with this particular model. He then proceeded to work within his guidelines and power to give me a little cost break understanding that I’ve already paid$1,100 the first time. The same day i pick my truck up from the condenser repair, the transmission stops pulling and fluid was all over the ground. Kenneth personally attempted to assist with towing. The next day, early Saturday morning, Kenneth already had my truck being diagnosed. He called me with great news and repaired the O rings and got me rolling again. When my faith was wavering in the brand from the awful GM customer service line experience, Kenneth has revived my outlook. Nalley Chevrolet, you got the right hire. This guy gets it and he truly cares. Your service department will be #1 in Georgia with Kenneth as the Captain. Refreshing to still get service from a person that is genuinely concerned as Kenneth. Let him continue to build his team and set the standard and your service department will be more than profitable; it will be a place of over flowing referrals.
