I had an appt for 7 am that I had to reschedule twice before. I was the second person there. Alonzo was attentive and professional, and when I hadn't received a status, he responded promptly. Though there is another Honda dealership much closer to me, I drive the extra 12 miles to go to Nalley and will continue to do so. Thank you.
