Good morning. Happy Memorial Day. Thanks for those serving at Nalley Honda for their time and service. My service was excellent. G. Lee took my CRV in and even though they they were extremely busy so early on a Saturday morning, he took time show me were the engine filter and cabin filters were. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, give or take a few minutes. I was about to get in with my day.

Brought my truck in for warranty repair of left side mirror mechanism. Service was good, but took longer than I expected, apparently due to many vehicles being brought in on a Saturday morning.

Enterprise info for rental service was not there when I arrived. Had to call dealership no one never picks up the phone. I had to go back to dealership to have service agent submit info. Other than that service agent was excellent.
