Excellent customer service but I have problem with service mechanic I told them my car was over heating but they said everything was fine It over heated with A/C on. I left Honda and when I got home it was close to the H. Taken it to a mechanic on Tuesday as something is wrong maybe minor or major.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Nalley Honda. I have only had my Civic a month when I received a service bulletin on a needed repair. I tried several times to reach another Honda dealership with no response from them. I decided to call Nalley and they scheduled me right away. I was greeted upon arrival and made to feel comfortable at the location. Nalley Honda will be my go to location for my Civic. Thank you for getting my car taken care of and the professional attitude of your people. A very pleasant place to do business!
