Today, I made my 4th purchase from Nalley Honda in 8 years! There are car dealerships on almost every corner between my residence and your location. I’ll continue to drive pass them whenever I need a new vehicle because MY salesperson, Thomas White, is located at Nalley! Purchasing a new vehicle is a customized experience which requires trust between the buyer and seller. I need to feel like the salesperson understands my requirements, budget, and expectations of this major purchase. Three key attributes possessed by Thomas include but are not limited to: Consistency (I’ve been wished a ‘happy birthday’ EACH year since my first 2011 purchase), Product Knowledge (there’s never been a question asked about a vehicle that he couldn’t answer. Taking the time to learn what you’re selling is important), Patience (Not feeling rushed in my transaction is another reason I keep returning! I like to weigh all options before making a decision). His ability to translate my hopes, apprehensions, and needs to his colleague/Finance Mgr, Correy Earls, was also appreciated because I received the same service at the end as I did in the beginning of my visit! Overall, Thomas White is a stellar example of self-leadership and should be used as the mold for successful salespeople to follow.

The car dealer was courteous and helpful. The problem is with the car. Yesterday, I noticed the red bar that shows the amount of gas in the tank was sitting on empty. It got filled the day I bought the car. I barely went anywhere since then. It shouldn't be anywhere near empty.

This dealership puts their customers first. This is my third time having my vehicle serviced at Nalley. My Honda had some serious issues. Kenneth Woods was able to prioritize which issues I needed to take care of first. I was able to take care of everything in two visits.
