I have no problem with the staff whenever I go to get my vehicle serviced, because they're all professional and courteous. What I DO have an issue with is the so called "carwash" that my vehicle gets at the end of each service that doesn't even clean my car at all. It's more like excess dirt was just dusted off and for some reason, it can never reach the back of my car. For the amount of money that I paid, the least that could be done is for the outside of my car to be properly washed off. If not, then don't even bother with the service at all.

All employees from service advisor to shuttle driver were courteous and customer centric in their approach. Karim is extremely knowledgeable, and trust is important given I own a 10+ year vehicle.

Shaqil was amazing. He took time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my car and how I can keep it in top condition. I really appreciated his patience and kindness.

Service advisors are all top notch! Professional, friendly, helpful with keeping costs down offering coupons.
