The service done on my vehicle was great! The agent that helped me was up front in letting me know what kind of repairs were needed in regards to my car’s mileage and it’s running great. But, I only gave 4 stars for two specific reasons. First, as I waited in line to drive up to the service area, I didn’t realize that the car parked in front of me was just parked there until someone who works at the dealership, gestured to the person who was behind me to drive up to the other service lane. This person didn’t have the curtesy to offer me the same assistance to let me know I could drive forward. The second reason was in reviewing my bill, the agent did not apply the coupon I showed him for an alignment. I admit I should have reviewed the receipt before I left, but the agent did write a note of the coupon on my worksheet before they took my car to do the required service.

I went in to get an oil changed and expressed that I wanted to get in and out quick and they my exceeded expectations. The line was long so I expected an hr but I was out in 25-30 mins.
