I brought my car in for service without an appointment. Tutt immediately explained what services i needed to have done by the letter and number readings on my dash. I asked him what was the most important services that i needed and the services that i can put off until next time. He was very detailed and knowledgeable his explanations, which i much appreciated. My wait time without scheduling was not long at all which I also appreciated. Overall i received in my opinion top notch service.
