This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We drove nearly two and a half hours and when we arrived the dealership was only open for another 2 hours. The salesman A'Darius had already sent me numerous pictures because he sensed that I was a serious buyer. I was able to view the truck, take it for a test drive, crawl underneath it from front to back, negotiate the deal and drive away within those two hours... Unbelievable!! During the negotiation, I made it as simple as possible and basically told them what my only offer was. Within 10 minutes I had a response and it was positive. The salesman took the vehicle for fuel and another wash, while the paperwork was being drafted. I met with the business manager Jeff, and that was also just as smooth. I will definitely look to Nalley Honda in the future, to fulfill any auto purchase needs that I may have. Thanks A'Darius and Jeff

I had a great experience at Nalley!! My combined services took a little longer than I expected, but Karim graciously offered me a rental car from Enterprise for a few hours. It was greatly appreciated, as was Karim's positive attitude and professionalism. He's wonderful, honestly. My one complaint with Nalley is that I had arrived the Tuesday before for a previously scheduled appointment to find the whole dealership shuttered in advance of potential bad weather. I wish I had been contacted the night before to be informed of that--I drove in from Midtown. The rental car sure helped ;>)
