The service was good once I got inside. I went to the only bay door open and waited behind two cars as well as another customer behind me. After waiting 15 minutes someone opened the other bay door and the customer behind me went in first. I had to wait again before I was finally serviced. The technicians were apologetic and the service was good once it started. I think both bay doors should been open sooner causing me to appear late for my appointment. I was actually there 7 minutes early. Not sure how long I waited once inside.
