My experience was very good from start to finish. I was informed of what I needed to have done and how long it would take. I was happy with my service.

Everything was Great!

We purchased a certified used car here just over a month ago. We noticed that a wheel was squeaking at low speeds, so we brought the car in. It turns out that something was missed during their certification inspection. A lug nut was missing a bolt and caused some issues. They were great. They took full responsibility and took care of everything. They kept the car while they waited for the parts and gave us a rental at no cost. They kept us in the loop with what was going on. It was supposed to be done on Saturday, but they ended up needing to order parts that wouldn’t arrive until Monday, and we were called and informed in a timely manner and the rental was extended for us. The car was ready by 4pm on Monday and we were not charged for any of it. We had a great buying experience and this service experience was equally good. They did right by us when some other places might not have. We were already planning on coming here the next time we need a car, now there is no doubt that we’ll be back. Thank you!

The service was good reliable and a reasonable price. Thanks again.

Everything was great! Nalley Honda is a world class establishment!
