Walt was absolutely great. He was very friendly and communicated well. The whole buying a car process was almost too easy. Chris was great too - getting back to us with availability and the car we were interested in. I had a previous bad experience with service and although it took management a while to address it, once they did, I was more than satisfied. Thank you to the service manager Norman Martin for addressing the problem.
