It was great experience buying car at Nalley Honda. The Sales man and the Manager were great help and very professional. It took bit longer to finish the paper work and we were not too impress by the way it was handle.

Sales and service was excellent. Sales worked with us on getting the vehicle we wanted, not the one they had on the lot. He also explained all the current options on the car. Service handle all the installation of the optional equipment we wanted added and explained the operation of each item.

My service advisor was not honesty because as I shown the coupon to him. He up-charged me $10 more than what the Nalley Coupon released out, but overall I love the service and will come back for more services in the nearest miles. $10 is not a lot, but the sale service could've been more honest such as we charge you for taxes or fees, but overcharged me on the top of the coupon is no good without explain me what happens.
