Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Price was comparable to what I've paid at other dealerships and I was thrilled with the communication methods (text, email) for keeping customers involved in the service process. Only issue was the wait time -- I showed up before 2, found out I needed extra services, waited, then paid at 3:48. The team member assisting me left after cashing me out -- and left me under the impression that my car was ready. I believe it was after his scheduled off time. Kept waiting and finally asked one of the other associates what the status of my vehicle was. They had to go find it, just to discover it was still getting an alignment. Finally, about 30 minutes after paying and being told "you'll get out shortly," I finally got my car when I asked for it again around 4:20pET. Satisfied with the work done, satisfied with the price. Not thrilled with being lead on for a bit. Really didn't even wait that long, compared to if I had needed other services ... but I don't think associates should say 'you're almost done' and make you pay when you're still going to sit around for half an hour.

It took a while to be greeted when I walked in the service area lobby but the experience was pleasant. Shaq was great and he took great care of my care. He even washed her! Thanks for taking good care of my car and I will see you for my next oil change

You all are just too expensive! If I had the time, I would have ordered the OEM part I needed and had someone else put it on my car. I don’t feel there’s any added value to me for you all doing the work. Not even the whole 1-year warranty you have. I feel ripped off really and truly. An installation of 1 catalytic converter is worth $963. I’m ill thinking about it and almost in tears.

I love the service, parts and cashier departments at Nalley Honda in Union City, Ga. I have been a long time customer there and the staff there treats me like family! They take such good care of me and my vehicle witch was purchased at this location! I give this dealership a huge thumbs up!
