I received top-rate (10) customer service from Ms. Hortensia Daniels and Mr. Joff McCall in finance. Ms. Daniel is very knowledgeable about the type of cars that Honda manufacture. I was only interested in purchasing a Honda Accord because of previous experience in owning one. Ms. Daniels presented me with a Honda Accord that I purchased. It tells me she was listening to everything I indicated that I desired in this type of car. Because of this, I decided to purchase the 2018 Honda Accord. Mr. Joff McCall in finance listened to me as well. He is very knowledgeable about the options of purchasing additional safeguards to protect the car. And they were not frivolous additions. He provided valuable, knowledgeable information about each option to assist me in making a decision that benefit me. I am forever grateful to Ms. Daniels and Mr. McCall. I will refer anyone interested in purchasing a car to Nalley and these two individuals.
