I have purchased several cars over the years and NEVER has my experience been anything in comparison to Nalley and Mr. Milton (Mike) Bolds. He was Knowledgeable and Personable. Overall service was slow. It took two hours to get an oil change, tire rotation and balance.

Would have been a 5 star except I had to take my car back in because a fuse was blown during service and no one noticed it. They did promptly find the problem and took only 15 minutes of wait time which was great but I just hate to have to take my car back in after just having it serviced.
