Errick was not even assigned to service my vehicle. After being ignored by almost every other person in the service garage (which is normal for your location) I literally stood up in front of people and was ignored. They saw me clear as day. Needless to say, Errick and the guy who pulled my car back were the only two people that acknowledged me and my service was excellent. Being kind goes a long way. He was amazingly kind and helpful. Given the reputation of your location, it would be wise to keep him there. You don’t have much else to stand on.

Lee provided great customer service. Very helpful in completing service for my vehicle.
