This was my 1st visit/oil change for my new Ridgeline. I was checked, escorted to the waiting area and everything was done in about an hour. When returning my fob I was given a sheet and could ask questions. Very nice experience.

I have always had my cars serviced at Nalley Honda: a 2005 Honda Civic, and now a 2017 Honda HRV, which I purchased at Nalley. Over the years, I have received service that was not so good, to excellent. My last service appt, I received almost excellent service. I rate almost excellent because I'm not so sure I like being notified on my phone what service my car will need, as I sit waiting in the lobby for the Rep to inform me in person. I think speaking to the Rep directly about what service my car needs is more personable than a Safari notification. When I received the notification, I went looking for my Rep. Other than this, the service was almost excellent. Thank you.
