It was easy to get an appointment online. My sales rep was very informative and friendly. She kept me in touch with when my car would be ready. My car was ready sooner than I expected for a last minute appointment.

I went in for service at 8:30am. That day, I planned to be there for at least two hours. I was in and out in just an hour! Wow! Excellent and fast service is why I continue to get my car serviced at Nalley Honda of Union City.

My car battery died unexpectedly & I called my fantastic Nalley Honda Service advisor Marty Ellard to expect me soon to get a replacement. Marty was ready & waiting when I got there, had a new battery installed for me right away, and I was back on the road in no time. He’s an exceptional service advisor. I can always count on Marty!
