Very nice

When I got there I checked in and wasn’t helped for about 5 minutes I sat in my car and there were two gentlemen available from what I saw. I got out of my car with my key and one guy said wait for someone else. Needless to say the gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful

I called in to check on my vehicle that's been there for a while and everyone that answered the phone said that they would have my service advisor to call me. I called again, and a gentleman by the name of Eric stated that he would have the manager to give me a call. Instead, Eric called me back himself and stated that after speaking with the technician that is working on my car, that my car would be ready at the end of the week if there are no more issues. He stated that he heard the concern in my voice and that he wanted me to be at ease. Eric is THE BEST!
