Lee was great at going over everything that needed to be done. He told me what needed to be done immediately and things that could wait until my next visit. He was very aware of my financial situation and at the same time, he wanted to be sure that the car was serviced so that I would not have any big item issues. I really appreciate it. It's caring and understanding.
