I had a nail in my tire and it caused my tire monitor to read low tire pressure. A couple of porters asked me why I was there, but no service advisor spoke to me. They were busy helping other customers who arrived after me with bigger dollar repairs. A porter wrote the service order up but did not know how much it cost. I found that out when I paid the bill. I’m okay with the 2.5 hour wait because I didn’t have an appointment. I think they were all busy writing up big service orders and I can’t blame them for wanting to make money, I felt less important.

It was great, and I expect nothing less.

The wait was slightly longer than expected but I know that's due to the quality of service. I only trust Nalley Honda with oil changes because I don't have to worry about the lower engine cover lid becoming detached and dragging on the ground. This has happened twice when I had my oil changed at a shop specializing in oil changes and again at a different Honda dealer.
