Overall the experience was excellent. I would have liked for the transaction to take less than a hour for all to be perfect.It is important to state that ADarius (my sales rep) was outstanding. He set the standard for what the tradition experience should be. He listened to our needs, our wants, and provided a solution to meet the needs without a ton of games. Most importantly, he was honest and direct. If more sales people were like him, I would purchase more vehicles in person.It is also important to note that the way these surveys are constructed, seem to be extremely predatory to the sales agent. I am all for performance based incentives, however the goals need to be attainable and setting a expectation for a perfect score places good resources (such as ADarrius) at risk to leaving and doing to another competitor.A company the size of Honda probably knows this which leads me to believe that Honda is not a organization that make the best interest of the employee a priority. I love the car but do not like the way employees are when it comes to the survey. I do not mind speaking live to discuss this more.

Amber was very helpful, efficient and made my process simplistic. I really appreciate the level of customer service provided to me and that Jeffrey came and changed my battery very quickly and checked to ensure nothing else was wrong.

Lee is an outstanding customer service rep. He was professional, conversational and supportive. I was waiting for someone to help me. After waiting 20 minutes Lee walked to his desk he asked have I been helped. I said no he stated he was on lunch but will help me get my car. It didn't take no time to get my car. I want to thank Lee for stepping up to the plate and handling business. When I was about to get irritable he diffused the situation. Lee Rocks at Nalley Honda! Thank You! Angel Rush
