The wait is always long customer service is challenging when agents are overwhelmed with multiple customers and there are limited agents on the weekends! Maybe having longer service hours during the week instead of packing over 100+ appointments on Saturday! Saturday is when your customer service is challenging and not the best ….Your car be ready and sitting for over 30+ minutes after it’s completed and ready unacceptable!
