Car was not ready until the next day. Also when you pull up for service, it takes a minute for people to greet you.

Very good techn Amber was excellent. One of My better experience. I would like to make one suggestion: when you offer a service special, the instructions lead you to believe if you click the link to schedule the service the discount will automatically be added. However, this not the case. If you do not tell the techn. that you want the “service special or current promotion then you will not receive it.

Service preformed timely and as agreed on

The experience was too long and not enough communication was taken in the beginning of my buying a car journey. I was told that I needed to get another vehicle since my down payment wasn't enough. So after me continuing to call for results they gave me my van. 2 hours later the dashboard lights came on. Engine check light!

I had a great experience on my visit to Nalley. I came in for my allotted appointment time and was greeted with courtesy. Even though it was super early in the morning, none of the workers seemed tired or grumpy. Mr. Goins Lee has been my service advisor and it's always a pleasure to come back to get my vehicle serviced. Mr. Lee is always patient and assists me with all of my questions. He also takes the time to let me know of any recommendations and upcoming services that my vehicle needs. I greatly appreciate the attentiveness.I also wanted to add that I appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment : )Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Andre who sold me my vehicle. I'm very pleased to be part of the Nalley Honda family!
