Service with Justin was A1, from the moment I rolled into the service station bay doors, he was attentive and very informative. My car underwent a thorough inspection and going forward, I know exactly what I have to care of. I was here previously, and I didn’t receive the type of service I believe I should have received. However, because I deem this to be the best Honda dealership in Georgia, I was optimistic and return and they did a fantastic job this time around. I believe just because a customer was disappointed/dissatisfied with prior service, it’s not the end all be all. There’s nothing wrong with a second chance, and on that second chance, only real caring businesses get it right the second time. Thank you Nalley Honda, Thank you Justin. I’ll see you guys soon.
