I brought our CRV which we purchased new from Nalley in 2019 in for normal service last week . I knew I had a vibration when I appliedthe brakes and it turned out to be a warped rotor . Really glad I came in and usual service visit takes two hours and this was a Friday with a lot of service business going on but my trusted service advisor , Marty Ellard , got me out of there in 2 hours and ten minutes !!!! Thank you Marty

Troy was A awesome advisor, the moment I arrived he help me pick out things I needed done to my car since it was almost close to 100k miles. The seats was comfy while I wait. Place was clean.
